40% of colleges and universities in the U.S. do not have a Christian presence on campus.

We want to see a campus gospel multiplying movement in all 50 states. As students began to be engaged with the gospel at Tarleton they also began to be aware of the need for other students on other campuses to hear and respond to the gospel. According to everycampus.com over 70% of colleges and universities in the U.S. do not have a Christian presence on campus. We cannot expect them to come to us. We have to take the gospel to them! This is where T:NET (Tarleton Network) comes in! We want to engage, equip, and export students with the gospel to every campus until there is no campus left without a gospel presence on them. Four generations of believers on our campus and four generation of campuses from our campus!

Hear what Rachael Harmon, who planted at Lane Community College in Fall of 2019, has to say:
“I met a girl on campus today and we are the only Christians she knows! Here is a student who reads her Bible and is trying to follow God and she has no community. We are the only Christians on campus that we know of and we get to share the gospel and encourage students. This is why we are here. This is why we came!”

What is T:NET?

The Tarleton Network of Campuses (T:NET) is a loose affiliation of campus ministries who have connection with the Tarleton BSM. It is currently comprised of three groups of ministries:

  1. 2nd Generation Campuses - Campuses that were planted or restarted by a Tarleton BSM staff or alumni. (Ranger College Erath, Weatherford College Granbury, Hill College Cleburne, Texas Christian University, Tarleton Fort Worth, University of Oregon, Oregon State University, San Antonio College)

  2. 3rd Generation Campuses - Campuses that were planted by one of the 2nd Generation Campuses from Tarleton. (TCC Trinity Rivers from Tarleton Fort Worth and Lane Community College from University of Oregon, Texas Wesleyan University from Texas Christian University)

  3. Staff Strengthening Work - Campuses that already have existing work where one of our Tarleton BSM graduates have joined staff in order to strengthen or lead work there. (Tyler Junior College, Colorado State University, and Stephen F. Austin University)
